2月に日本政府に対し提出されていた山城さんの逮捕・拘留に対する共同緊急アピールが、人権理事会のウェブサイトで公開されました。
研究会が反差別国際行動（IMADR）と協力して緊急行動の要請をし、それが以下４者の連名で実現したものです。
